All in stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered and payment has cleared before 12pm.* If you have purchased a pre order item, the delivery estimate will be indicated on your order acknowledgement email.

Delivery within the UK is generally processed by Royal Mail, although on occasion, this may not be possible and another reputable delivery company may be used. Delivery is always fully insured and trackable. We are also open to requests for delivery to be made by other delivery companies but please contact us before placing an order to check.

Items to be delivered worldwide are always sent via a reputable, well known, tracked and insured delivery company. All items will be subject to the import taxes and duties of the destination country.

*Please note: We are unable to dispatch orders at the weekends and on bank holidays. All items ordered on these days will be dispatched the next working day.

All of our watches include a one year Watch Buyers warranty.

Most of our New and To Order watches include the balance of their original Manufacturers warranty in addition to our own. This is indicated on the listing page.

Our IN STOCK watches include a 5 day no quibble refund policy, when purchasing online, to ensure that you are happy with your item. Goods must be returned at your own cost and in the same condition in which they were sent within this period.

Watches that are AVAILABLE TO ORDER are ordered from an external supplier on a bespoke per order basis. Due to this, returns are regrettably not possible. Please ensure that you are happy with your choice of watch PRIOR to placing your order. You may receive a form that requires an electronic signature after placing your order acknowledging that you agree to this. We recommend viewing the watch in person before hand.

Watches are indicated on individual listings with either IN STOCK (Usually dispatched within 24 hours) or AVAILABLE TO ORDER. If you are unsure however, please feel free to ask.

If a return is enacted by a customer for reasons of changed mind or buyers remorse with no fault or items not as described Watch Buyers.co.uk reserve the right to refund only the proceeds received after payment processing fees unless in the case the payment fees are refunded by payment processors.
