Buying from us

Are all your watches genuine?

Yes — every watch we sell is fully checked, authenticated and serviced where required by our in-house specialists. Each comes with a comprehensive 12-month Watch Buyers warranty.

Do your watches come with box and papers?

Wherever possible, yes. Each product page lists exactly what's included. If box and papers are missing this is always stated up front.

Can I view a watch in person before buying?

Absolutely. We welcome visitors to our Southampton showroom by appointment. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing.

How is delivery handled?

All UK orders are sent via fully insured next-day courier at no extra charge.

International shipping is available, but is chargeable. Please see details on checkout. Also, please note that any orders sent internationally will be liable for Tax and Import Duties at the destination country.

What is your returns policy?

Selling to us

How do I sell my watch to you?

Use our Get a Quote form to send us details about your watch. We'll review and come back to you with a written offer — typically within 24 hours.

Do you offer free collection?

We can send you out a free Royal Mail Special Delivery pack for you to drop your watch at a local post office. You're also welcome to bring the watch into our Southampton store by appointment.

How quickly do I get paid?

Payment is made by same-day bank transfer once the watch has been authenticated, checked and confirmed with yourself.

Can I part-exchange my watch?

Yes — we welcome part-exchange against any watch in our stock. Get in touch and we'll value your watch and discuss the options.

Servicing & restoration

How long does a service take?

A typical service takes 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your watch, depending on the model and any parts required. This can vary however depending on the work needed, as well as external factors.

Do you service all brands?

We service most luxury Swiss brands including Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Breitling, Cartier and TAG Heuer. If you're unsure just get in touch.

How much does a service cost?

Pricing depends on the brand, model and work required. We always provide a detailed quote for your approval before any work begins.
