Selling your luxury watch to Watch Buyers is fast, secure and transparent — here's exactly what happens from start to finish.

Request a quote
Fill in our online quote form with details of your watch from the link below. The form is quick and simple but we're on hand if you are unsure of any answers. Just give us a call.

Agree the valuation
We review the watch and return a fair, honest estimate — typically within 24 hours. Let us know that you're happy to proceed, and we can move onto the next step.

Free courier & payment
We can send you out a free Royal Mail Special Delivery pack for you to drop your watch at a local post office. You're also welcome to bring the watch into our Southampton store by appointment.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
From initial quote to payment in your account — typically 3–5 working days, depending on courier collection times.
Where you are local enough to drop the item in to us, the whole process can take as little as a few hours.
What if I change my mind?
No problem. If the valuation doesn't work for you we return your watch free of charge. Please note that we do reserve the right to charge for return postage if the watch is grossly misdescribed.
Is my watch insured in transit?
Yes — our courier service is fully insured for the agreed valuation from door to door, up to a single package value of £25,000.
Will you buy a watch without box & papers?
Yes — though having the original box, papers and service history often increases the offer we can make.
