Here at Watch Buyers we have three simple steps to follow
- Use our get a quote form. Easily accessible from here on our website.
- We will make you an offer via email or phone, and this is normally within 48 hours.
- If you accept the offer we arrange for the watch to be delivered to our office.
If we take a more detailed look into these steps;
Try to put as much detail as possible on your Get a Quote form - and make sure you provide a telephone number. We may need to ask you some further details about the watch.
If you would like to talk to us first, or check anything, you can do so by giving us a call on Tel: 02380 639355.
If you are happy with our offer and would like to proceed, we will arrange collection or send out a pre-paid postal pack. Or if you prefer we can arrange to collect your timepiece most week days from your home or office, all at no extra charge.
In the unfortunate event of loss through postage, we would pay you the offer amount as agreed and make a claim ourselves. But, please feel assured that we have not lost an item yet.
As a long as your watch is as you described, and we can confirm condition and authenticity is as you described, we will confirm this with a final offer. If you are happy with this, we will make a same day electronic payment into your nominated bank account.
If you are unhappy with this final offer we will return your watch to you.
We are always more than happy to consider your current watch as a part exchange. Just let us know that is what you’d like to do. We have many watches for sale on the “Watches for Sale” page, whether new or as new, which we sell from stock or source from our dealer network.
